Job Responsibilities:
  1. Monitor and coordinate sea outbound shipments for customers, in line with (CS)SOP, GW, and industry policies and procedures, to ensure customer satisfaction.
  2. Anticipate outbound shipments and proactively track shipments.
  3. Select appropriate carriers, negotiate rates, and coordinate shipments.
  4. Communicate with carriers to confirm shipment arrival and release.
  5. Coordinate customs clearance and delivery to customers.
  6. Execute client contact and align customer needs with services provided.
  7. Arrange gathering and hand-over of freight documents.
  8. Coordinate warehouse requirements if applicable.
