How you create impact

• Ensure operational excellence by managing shipments with precision and in line with company standards.
• Apply optimized proceedings to ensure development of sea transportation operational KPIs.
• Contribute to cooperation with suppliers for shipments management.
• Process customer orders, promptly address complaints, and resolve any issues as a top priority.
• Work closely with Customer Care and the Systems & Processes teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Contribute to the effective management of Full Supply Chain Logistics (FSL) processes.
• Ensure adherence to financial policies and standards in all operational activities.
• Active and passive invoicing of maritime import shipments.
• Analysis of financial files.

What we would like you to bring

• 2 to 5 years of experience in sea transportation.
• Solid understanding of import and/or export sea operations.
• Strong attention to detail, exceptional communication and organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure while remaining flexible and adaptable.
• Fluency in Italian and English (both written and spoken) is required.
