About the Role

At Kuehne+Nagel, working in Freight Logistics and Operations means playing a key role in optimizing processes and ensuring efficient movement of inventories and shipments. Your work supports essential deliveries, from medicines to wind turbines, making a real difference in people's lives.

Responsibilities

• Manage shipments with operational excellence, ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Develop and monitor sea transportation operational KPIs.
• Collaborate with suppliers for shipment management.
• Process customer orders, handle complaints, and resolve issues promptly.
• Work with Customer Care and Systems teams to improve customer experience.
• Contribute to Full Supply Chain Logistics (FSL) processes.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and Good Pharmaceutical Practices (GxP).

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sea transportation.
• Understanding of import/export sea operations.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proactive problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt.
• Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
