Hubbers – From Dreams to Impact

About Hubbers

Hubbers is a global innovation ecosystem where creators, experts, and dreamers come together to shape sustainable futures. From AI-powered SaaS tools

to purpose-led communities, events, and collaborative brands, our work is deeply rooted in the UN’s 17 Sustainable Development Goals. We believe real change happens when communities become the driving force behind innovation. At Hubbers, we don’t just hire — we co-create.

About the Role

We’re looking for part-time collaborators ready to apply human-centered design thinking to real-world challenges. As an

SDG Innovation Coordinator, you'll help uncover deep user insights, reframe problems, and prototype thoughtful, impact-driven solutions that serve both people and the planet.

This role is part of a much larger vision. At Hubbers, we're building a global ecosystem where innovation is decentralized, community-powered, and aligned with the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals. Our ecosystem includes multiple digital products, AI-powered tools, and a growing network of

ventures co-created and operated by contributors across our communities. These brands are being developed under a

DAO-driven model, where ownership and governance are shared.

As an SDG Innovation coordinator, you’ll work at the intersection of design, systems thinking, and regenerative innovation — helping shape the very tools, brands, and processes that will power this new collaborative economy.Sounds like a lot? Don’t worry — many of our collaborators started by exploring our culture, tools, and community practices. As we build an ecosystem powered by communities and global collaboration, some begin with a learning phase at IGS – the Impact Generator School – to build a strong foundation for long-term, purpose-driven work. Experience is a plus, but what truly matters is your openness to learn, adapt, and grow with us.

What You’ll Do

Contribute to the development of in-house collaborative brands and community-driven projects Manage or lead design contests — crowdsourcing ideas for innovative product development Lead corporate innovation projects — from understanding client needs to delivering meaningful outcomes Support brand storytelling, product design, and creative strategy across products and communities Collaborate with teams to translate insights into practical, SDG-aligned interventions Apply design thinking to real-world challenges — from research and ideation to prototyping and testing

The role offers room to evolve based on your vision, goals, and contributions. For some, this journey may begin with foundational programs designed to build alignment, accelerate readiness, and foster a shared vision — essential elements in co-creating a thriving ecosystem together.

Who You Are

  • A natural problem solver with creative and strategic thinking skills
  • Curious, open-minded, and passionate about sustainability
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity, experimentation, and iteration
  • Collaborative and excited to work across disciplines
  • Familiar with tools like Figma, Miro, Canva, Slack, or ready to learn
  • Fluent in English — and ideally another language

Why Hubbers?

Be part of a globally inclusive innovation movementGain access to practical learning, tools, network and collective intelligenceHelp shape community-led brandsCollaborate with an international team of creatives and changemakersParticipate in projects, programs, and experiences designed for long-term growth

One size doesn’t fit all — and this isn’t a one-track, monotonous role. Some collaborators dive in through project opportunities, while others explore learning-led pathways that help them connect more deeply with the vision. However the journey begins, each one is intentional — often leading to impactful, long-term collaborations.

Compensation & Time

5 to 10 hours per weekCompensation is project-based and experience-alignedCompensation and engagement in high-impact projects evolve as your alignment and contributions deepen. Many collaborators begin with flexible, project-based involvement — with more defined roles unfolding over time through trust, shared purpose, and meaningful impact.

This isn’t just a typical part-time job — it’s an evolving journey shaped by shared purpose and real contribution. The deeper the alignment, the greater the opportunities. If you're here to co-create rather than just contribute hours, we’re excited to explore what we can build together.Let’s build something extraordinary together.
