Key Responsibilities

• Perform product demonstrations at customer or company sites.
• Prepare and present seminars to diverse audiences.
• Solve customer escalations effectively through in-depth troubleshooting.
• Continuously update scientific knowledge to support customers, sales, and service on the leading edge of technology.
• Communicate effectively within the team to enhance collective knowledge.
• Support the Service & Support organization in achieving regional training and service contract sales targets through customer interaction and relations.
• Support sales in achieving regional sales targets by delivering product-specific pre- and post-sales customer support activities.

Experience / Qualifications / Qualities

• Knowledge and skills acquired through MSc and/or PhD in Biology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or related scientific fields.
• Mandatory experience in the field of Real-time PCR; experience in Capillary Electrophoresis is highly desirable.
• Team player capable of effectively integrating internal and field-based activities across functions to support customer requirements.
• Ability to prioritize multiple internal and external stakeholder requirements in a dynamic environment and manage time effectively.
• Experience in presenting technical materials in written and verbal formats.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret scientific and technical journals.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for technical problems.
• Excellent data analysis and manipulation skills.
• Customer-oriented with empathy to understand customer concerns.
• Customer-facing experience is an asset, with good commercial insight and attitude.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with diverse internal and external contacts.
• Independent, self-driven personality.
• Fluent in English.
• Willing to travel 25-75% of the time (variable).
