GSK ricerca un professionista con laurea in discipline scientifiche per un ruolo chiave in Direzione Medica legato all'immunoterapia in oncologia. Il candidato ideale avrà esperienza nella gestione di iniziative omnichannel e nella conformità alle normative sanitarie. Scope:

• È il riferimento medico–scientifico per tutte le attività operative di back-office dell’ Area Terapeutica (immunoterapia in oncologia).
• Fornisce assistenza scientifica al Therapeutic Area Medical Head, al Medical Lead ed al MSL per la realizzazione delle attività del Medical Plan e dei processi medico-scientifici dell’area terapeutica di appartenenza.
• Supporta e presidia la realizzazione delle attività amministrative di natura scientifica della propria area terapeutica.

In this role you will:

• Salvaguardare la reputazione aziendale rispettando normative vigenti, valori, codici e regolamenti aziendali.
• Fornire coordinamento operativo e amministrativo per le iniziative del Medical Plan sotto la guida del TA Medical Head e del Medical Lead: gestire l’approvazione dei Materiali Scientifici tramite Content Lab e coordinare la realizzazione e disseminazione di Publications e Congress Presentations di Area Terapeutica; Supportare operativamente e amministrativamente i programmi di Indipendent Medical Education, Third Party events e eventi organizzati da GSK nell’ambito dell’Area Terapeutica.
• Produrre, verificare e garantire la disponibilità della documentazione scientifica necessaria per l’inserimento in PTO, PTOR e per le gare di acquisto del prodotto, assicurando il reperimento continuo dei documenti scientifici necessari per le attività di Scientific & Promotional Engagement.
• Elaborare alerting, note scientifiche e profili di prodotto, e divulgarli tempestivamente ai Team di Medical Affairs, Marketing e alla Rete di Informazione Scientifica.
• Supportare operativamente il TA Medical Head/Medical Lead nell’attivazione e gestione dei GSK Supported Studies, inclusa la gestione delle responsabilità contrattuali con i Centri di ricerca.
• Collaborare con il TA Medical Head/Medical Lead nella preparazione e verifica dei programmi e dei materiali di training medico scientifico sui prodotti/AT, e negli assessment di valutazione del personale di Medica e della RIS.

Laurea in discipline scientifiche

Precedente esperienza in Direzione Medica

Conoscenza delle normative e delle leggi di settore oltre a quelle aziendali (Ethical & Legal Compliance)

Capacità di gestione e coordinamento delle iniziative omnichannel e digital

Preferred Qualifications

Le seguenti caratteristiche saranno considerate un plus:

• Conoscenza delle normative di sperimentazione clinica, informazione scientifica e farmacovigilanza e delle regole di Medical Governance
• Esperienza nell’area dell’immunoterapia in oncologia
• Conoscenza del processo di sviluppo e registrazione dei farmaci / vaccini
• Orientamento al risultato e Project Management skills
• DDA (Digital Data Analytics) competencies e conoscenza base di Artificial Intelligence/Machine learning
