School Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) - Novara, Washington

Minimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required.

Soliant is seeking a licensed Speech Therapist to join a school district in Novara, Washington. We are actively conducting interviews and hiring for the current school year. As a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant, you will provide speech and language services to students with communication disorders, evaluate and diagnose communication disorders, and develop treatment plans.

  • Full-time position
  • Full School Year
  • Caseload & school site will be discussed during the interview.
  • Pay range - $20- $35 (based on prior experience and interview)

Job Requirements

  • Active state SLPA License
  • Active Teaching certification (Only if required in your state)
  • Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Weekly pay with a competitive salary

Responsibilities

  • Conduct evaluations and assessments to diagnose communication disorders
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and assessments
  • Provide speech and language therapy to students in both individual and group settings
  • Collaborate with other professionals, such as teachers and parents, to ensure the best possible outcomes for students
  • Maintain accurate records of evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions
  • Attend IEP meetings and provide reports on student progress
