Serco Group in Rome is seeking a Satellite and Ground Segment Engineer to join our international team in a full-time, permanent role with hybrid working. The role focuses on system engineering and IVV activities for the IRIDE Ground Segment, including developing requirements, interface definitions, and end-to-end service descriptions, plus test plans and reports.

You will monitor KPIs to ensure reliability across Ground Segment platforms and engage with ESA/industry partners.

Competenze

• University degree in engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum five years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong expertise in integration and validation testing and system engineering activities.
• Experience with Linux and database systems (MySQL/PostgreSQL).

Mansioni

• Support IVV activities for the IRIDE Ground Segment.
• Produce and maintain requirements and interface definitions.
• Define and execute test campaigns and validation plans.
• Monitor KPIs to ensure service reliability across platforms.
