Telespazio, part of Leonardo Space Division, is seeking a Satcom Software Engineer to join its engineering team. The ideal candidate will contribute to the design, development, integration, and maintenance of software solutions for satellite communication systems, working in a multidisciplinary and international environment.

The role requires 2–3 years of full-stack software experience and a degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science, with knowledge of React.js, Vue.js, FastAPI, and

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
• Strong knowledge of React.js, Vue.js and FastAPI.
• Experience with Docker and GitLab, including CI/CD workflows.
• Familiarity with ECSS standards is desirable.

Mansioni

• Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack software applications for SATCOM systems.
• Develop modern front-end applications
• Implement scalable and high-performance back-end services.
• Design and manage databases.
• Collaborate with system engineers to integrate software with networking and communication infrastructures.
• Develop and maintain containerized applications using Docker and orchestrate deployments with Kubernetes.
• Manage source code, CI/CD pipelines, and version control using GitLab.
• Produce and maintain software documentation, preferably following ECSS standards.
• Participate in software testing, validation, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
