Freelance SAP Time Management Consultant (Italian / English Speaking) – Remote (Italy-Based Projects)

Start Date: As early as July 2025

Contract: 6 months initial – option to extend, long-term opportunity

Location: Remote (with one on-site visit in Italy during go-live)

Language: Workload: 32 hours / week

The Opportunity

Enzo Tech Group is exclusively recruiting a freelance SAP Time Management Consultant to support a major SAP HCM programme for a European customer currently undergoing transformation from on-premise SAP HR to HCM.

This role requires English, supporting Italian HR / time management projects, with flexible remote working and strong potential for long-term integration into the core team.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the ongoing maintenance of SAP Time Management systems
• Collaborate with Italian clients to analyze and implement TM schemes
• Contribute to upcoming HCM transformation initiatives in the U.S. from Summer 2025
• Work alongside 2-3 existing contractors, with opportunities for varied tasks across the year
• Offer guidance and insights on SAP HR and SuccessFactors integrations

What You Bring

• Strong experience in SAP HR Time Management
• Experience working with Italian client environments
• Comfortable communicating in English (projects are in Italian, but internal communication is in English)
• Ideally available from July 2025 (some flexibility for notice periods)
• Freelance contractor mindset — but open to becoming permanent if the opportunity suits
• S / 4HANA not required; experience with classic SAP HCM is sufficient
