Role and responsibilities
We are currently looking for a People Manager with proven experience in SAP Manufacturing (PP, QM, PM modules) to join our SAP Services practice, which handles application maintenance, ticket management, and evolutive projects.

Key Responsibilities include:
Leading and coordinating SAP consultants within the AMS (Application Maintenance Services) change request stream. Providing tutorship and professional support to team members, helping them grow within the organization. Serving as a point of reference for clients, ensuring alignment between business needs and SAP solutions. Ensuring service quality, driving process improvements, and monitoring team performance. Contributing to the management of service economics, including cost control and profitability tracking. Fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.

Required Skills include:
Solid experience in SAP Manufacturing with strong knowledge of PP, QM, and PM modules. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both with technical teams and business stakeholders. Demonstrated leadership and experience in people management within SAP teams. Prior experience in mentoring or coaching junior consultants. Familiarity with AMS environments, ticket lifecycle, SLAs, and change management processes. Understanding of service delivery economics and performance KPIs. Fluent in English, spoken and written.
