The ideal candidate has strong experience in SAP Manufacturing, particularly in the PP, QM, and PM modules, and excellent communication skills. Role and Responsibilities

We are currently looking for a People Manager with proven experience in SAP Manufacturing (PP, QM, PM modules) to join our SAP Services practice, which handles application maintenance, ticket management, and evolutive projects.

Key Responsibilities include :

Leading and coordinating SAP consultants within the AMS (Application Maintenance Services) change request stream;

Providing tutorship and professional support to team members, helping them grow;

Serving as a client reference point, ensuring alignment between business needs and SAP solutions;

Ensuring service quality, process improvements, and monitoring team performance;

Contributing to service economics management, including cost control and profitability tracking;

Fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented work environment.

Required Skills

Solid experience in SAP Manufacturing, with strong knowledge of PP, QM, and PM modules;

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with technical teams and business stakeholders;

Leadership and experience in people management within SAP teams;

Mentoring or coaching junior consultants;

Familiarity with AMS environments, ticket lifecycle, SLAs, and change management processes;

Understanding of service delivery economics and KPIs;

Fluent in spoken and written English.
