Job Purpose

We are looking for a SAP S4 Logistic and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Expert to join our Internal IT Support Team within a multinational pharmaceutical company.

The ideal candidate has good knowledge of SAP EWM and of at least one of the following SAP S4 logistic modules: Material Management (MM), Sales and Distribution (SD), Production Planning (PP).

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in implementation projects (e.g., rollouts for new legal entities)
• Work closely with the functional team of system integrators and local process owners.
• Implement changes to the current SAP model for the legal entities already live based on business needs.
• Troubleshoot issues during application management.
• Support end users and process owners with clarifications, training, etc.

Required Education

Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong communication skills
• Self-motivated and willing to take on tasks outside own field of expertise, as job requirements may vary in the future.
• Capable of working well in a team environment.

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Exposure to one or more SAP S4 functional modules (MM, PP, SD, PM, QM, MDG).

Technical Competencies

Excellent knowledge of SAP EWM and of at least one of the following SAP S4 logistic modules: Material Management (MM), Sales and Distribution (SD), Production Planning (PP)

Required Languages

Fluent written and spoken English. French preferred but not essential.
