SAP QM Functional Stream Leader (M/W) - Italy

Location: Parma

Duration: 18 months (starting June 2)

Context

I’m currently looking for an experienced freelance SAP QM Functional Stream Leader for a large-scale S/4HANA implementation project in the manufacturing sector.

Mission

1. Act as the functional stream lead for the SAP QM scope.
2. Lead and facilitate workshops with key users and stakeholders.
3. Design and validate business processes aligned with the global template.
4. Collaborate with the integration team and technical experts.
5. Support testing, cutover preparation, and knowledge transfer.
6. Coordinate with local and global teams.

Required Profile

1. 15+ years of SAP experience.
2. Expertise in SAP S/4HANA QM.
3. Proven experience leading a functional stream on international projects.
4. Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
5. Fluency in English and Italian.
6. Ideally based in Italy or a neighboring country for easier travel.

Start Date: June 2025 (summer holidays possible in July/August).

Work Arrangement: 3 weeks/month; 3 days on-site, 2 days remote; 1 week/month fully remote.
