Avvale is seeking a SAP PP Senior Consultant to join our teams in Italy with remote flexibility up to 5 days a week. You will lead SAP PP design, configuration, and integration for multi-site projects across Milan, Turin, Padua, Rome, or Pescara.

The role requires strong production planning knowledge, SAP S/4HANA experience, and the ability to drive requirements and workshops with business users. Excellent communication and mentoring skills are essential.

• Strong knowledge of Production Planning processes and core manufacturing scenarios.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation or conversion projects.
• Requirements gathering, functional analysis, and workshop facilitation with business users.
• SAP PP configuration and customizing skills.
• Experience in testing activities, user training, and go-live support.
• Ability to work autonomously in complex, multi-stream projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, front-end client-facing attitude.
• Nice to have: SAP PP/DS knowledge, Variant Configurator/AVC, QM/PM modules and MES interfaces.

Compensation & Benefits: In line with our commitment to transparency and people development, the gross annual salary (RAL) for this position ranges between €38.500,00 and € 51.500,00 commensurate with experience and skills. The position is covered by the 'CCNL Commercio e Terziario' (National Collective Labor Agreement for Commerce and Service Sector), alongside a benefits package that includes meal vouchers, wellbeing initiatives (including Wellhub), and growth opportunities.

Role and responsibilities

We are looking for experienced SAP PP Senior Consultant to join our teams in Milan, Turin, Padua, Rome, or Pescara.

You will be responsible for the following activities:

• Act as the primary functional point of contact for the client on SAP PP, building trusted relationships with key users, process owners, and business stakeholders.
• Lead requirements gathering and functional workshops, translating business needs into effective and scalable SAP solutions.
• Design, configure, and customize the SAP PP module, ensuring seamless integration with other business processes and SAP modules.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Solution Architects, functional consultants, and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support project planning by identifying risks, dependencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Guide the client through all project phases, including analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, user training, go-live, and post-go-live support.
• Prepare and maintain functional documentation, functional specifications, test cases, and end-user training materials.
• Contribute to the design of end-to-end solutions by assessing impacts across integrated business processes and other SAP functional areas.
• Coach and mentor junior consultants, supporting their professional development and project involvement.
• Promote SAP best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery methodologies, processes, and quality standards
