Job summary

KION Group AG is seeking an SAP Inhouse Consultant (EWM) within Operations ITS EMEA to drive standardization and continuous improvement of SAP-based processes across Italy, Czech Republic and Spain. You will define process steps, coordinate global key users and support regional sites while traveling internationally.

Applicants should have a university degree or equivalent, 5 years of SAP-EWM experience, strong process documentation skills, and fluent English; knowledge of German, Czech, Polish,

Qualifications

• University degree in business informatics, business administration, engineering or related field (or apprenticeship with relevant experience).
• 5 years of professional experience in SAP - EWM or comparable environment.
• Experience solving problems with local key users and IT and analyzing business processes.
• Strong ability to eliciting and documenting business processes and writing requirement specifications.
• Fluent English; additional languages (German, Czech, Polish or others in EMEA) are a plus.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Define process steps and deviations in your area of responsibility in detail.
• Promote standardization and support regions/sites in scope validation and evaluation of scope extensions.
• Identify and propose opportunities for standardization to improve processes.
• Manage and coordinate the design of new requirements and communicate decisions across the organization.

• You serve as the primary point of contact for local key users or other business unit members and manage deliverables (create, validate, test, deploy, train)

The following skills and competencies are required for this position:

• You have a completed university studies in business informatics, business administration, engineering or a comparable field or a completed apprenticeship and relevant professional experience
• You have 5 years of professional experience in the area of SAP - EWM or in a comparable work environment
• You are experienced in problem solving with local key users and IT as well as in analyzing business processes
• Your very good knowledge in the elicitation and documentation of business processes and the creation of requirement specifications supports you in this role
• Good communication skills in English are essential
• Being able to speak a language e.g. German, Czech, Polish, or other languages spoken in EMEA are an advantage
• Willingness to travel internationally
