SAP Functional Analyst

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Functional Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP modules and a strong understanding of business processes. This role involves analyzing business requirements, designing SAP solutions, and ensuring the successful implementation and support of SAP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring a thorough understanding of business needs.
2. Solution Design: Develop and design SAP solutions that align with business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
3. Implementation: Lead and participate in the implementation of SAP modules, including configuration, testing, and deployment.
4. Support: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP systems, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring system stability collaborating with specialist consultants for each module (FI, CO, SD, MM, PP).
5. Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of SAP processes, configurations, and user guides.
6. Training: Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide support during the transition to new systems.
7. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements to optimize business operations.

Qualifications:

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a SAP Functional Analyst or in a similar role.
3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP modules such as SAP FI/CO, SAP MM, SAP SD, etc. Strong understanding of SAP configuration and customization.
4. Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
5. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
6. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. SAP certification in relevant modules.
2. Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
3. Knowledge of project management methodologies.
