Avvale is seeking a SAP FI Stream Leader to join our teams in Milan, Turin, Padua, Rome, or Pescara. If you enjoy challenging, fast-changing, and innovative work, you will join us in delivering global SAP FI projects.

You will lead the FI workstream on SAP S/4HANA implementations, coordinate stakeholders and technical teams, and ensure successful go-lives and testing across multiple sites.

Competenze

• 4 to 7 years of experience delivering SAP solutions, including FI workstreams.
• Experience with greenfield projects, rollouts, S/4HANA, and system conversions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in large, international teams.
• Proficient in Italian and English; strong IT knowledge (MS Office, SAP).
• Willingness to travel.

Compensation & Benefits: In line with our commitment to transparency and people development, the gross annual salary (RAL) for this position ranges between €38.500,00 and € 51.500,00 commensurate with experience and skills. The position is covered by the 'CCNL Commercio e Terziario' (National Collective Labor Agreement for Commerce and Service Sector), alongside a benefits package that includes meal vouchers, wellbeing initiatives (including Wellhub), and growth opportunities.

Role and responsibilities

Avvale is looking for a SAP Finance Stream Leader to join our teams in Milan, Turin, Padua, Rome, or Pescara. If your ideal job is challenging, fast changing and innovative, you are the right candidate to join us in delivering global projects.

As SAP FI Stream Leader, you will be responsible for the following activities:

• Lead and deliver the Finance (FI) workstream on SAP S/4HANA implementation and rollout projects.
• Act as the FI Stream Leader, coordinating client business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Support blueprint and Business Blueprint (BBP) design activities.
• Configure SAP FI solutions in line with business requirements and best practices.
• Coordinate and support system testing, including SIT and UAT phases.
• Manage and support go-live activities, ensuring a smooth transition to production.
• 4 to 7 years of working experience in delivering the SAP Solutions;
• Experience in green field projects, rollouts and S/4hana and system conversation;
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in large teams, including international ones;
• Proficient in Italian and in English;
• Solid IT knowledge (MS Office, SAP);
• Structured and extremely precise way of working;
• Flexible, open-minded and team player with strong communication skills;
• Knowledge of other SAP Modules is a Plus;
• Availability to travel.
