Accenture is hiring an experienced SAP FICO Lead with extensive SAP knowledge, particularly in areas such as Group Reporting, Joint Venture Accounting, Global Tax, Treasury, Consolidation, or Product Costing. You will join our European SAP specialist teams supporting strategic clients on large-scale implementation projects across Europe.

Your responsibilities include:

1. Defining and developing solutions to address client business problems, leveraging the latest SAP and Accenture cloud solutions to enable digital transformation.
2. Providing solutions for complex business challenges within your responsibility area.
3. Managing relationships with clients and third-party stakeholders.
4. Overseeing and controlling project activities under your supervision.
5. Managing teams or work efforts, including reviewing solutions designed by team members and proposing improvements.
6. Working proactively with business users to identify and resolve recurring issues.
7. Driving and supporting RFPs for opportunities across Europe.

Job Qualifications

• Extensive experience implementing SAP FICO in S/4HANA transformation projects.
• Professional experience in areas like Group Reporting or Joint Venture Accounting.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience in client-facing consulting.
• Problem-solving skills and innovative thinking to develop solutions that meet customer needs.
• Proficiency in English at a professional level; knowledge of another European language is a plus.
• Willingness to travel to client and Accenture sites.
