Permasteelisa Group is seeking an SAP FI-CO Specialist to join our Group IT function. You will design, implement and optimize SAP FI/CO solutions across the Group, aligning with business requirements and standards.

You will translate business needs into configurations, support full-cycle SAP projects, and collaborate with Finance and cross-functional teams. Hybrid work: 3 days in office, 2 remote. Prior SAP FI/CO experience and knowledge of data structures are essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Information Systems, Finance, Accounting or related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in SAP FI/CO.
• Experience in full-cycle SAP implementations.
• Good understanding of SAP data structures and module integration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills with stakeholders.
• Experience with S/4HANA is a plus.
• Consultancy experience and construction/project industry exposure are a plus.
• BI/reporting tools knowledge (BW/BO/SAP Datasphere/SAC) is a plus.

We are seeking an SAP FI-CO Specialist to join our Group IT function.

Reporting to the SAP FI-CO Coordinator, the role will support the design, implementation and optimization of SAP FI/CO solutions across the Group, ensuring alignment with business requirements and process standards.

Key Accountabilities

• Translate business requirements into SAP FI/CO configurations and functional specifications
• Support SAP projects across all phases, including analysis, testing, deployment and post go-live activities
• Act as a reference point for SAP FI/CO solutions, ensuring consistency and alignment across implementations
• Contribute to process standardisation and continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with Finance and cross-functional SAP teams to define business processes and solution design
• Provide user support and system adjustments when required
• Coordinate external consultants and support project delivery

Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Finance, Accounting or related fields
• At least 2 years of experience in SAP FI/CO
• Experience in full-cycle SAP implementations
• Good understanding of SAP data structures and module integration
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders
• Experience with S/4HANA is a plus
• Previous experience in consultancy environments is a plus
• Experience in construction or project-based industries is a plus
• Knowledge of Business Intelligence / Reporting tools (e.g. BW, BO, SAP Datasphere, SAC) is a plus

Hybrid working model, with 3 days based in the office and 2 days working remotely.

What We offer

• Employment contract: Italian Metalworking Industry Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL).
• Indicative gross annual salary (RAL): €38,000–48,000, depending on experience
