Technogym, a global leader in fitness solutions, seeks an experienced ERP Manager to steer the evolution of its enterprise systems landscape. You will govern, optimize, and continuously improve the ERP platform in alignment with Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, HR, Sales, and IT to maximize value across the group.

You will lead end-to-end ERP initiatives, manage cross-functional teams, ensure data integrity and security, and partner with external vendors to drive innovation and process

Competenze

• Minimum 10+ years of experience leading ERP implementations in international environments.
• Strong understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Logistics processes.
• Proven ability to manage external vendors and consultants.
• Experience with ERP architectures and integration approaches.
• Experience with project management methodologies and change management.

Your Role

We are looking for an experienced and passionate ERP Manager to join our Global IT team and lead the evolution of our enterprise systems landscape. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for governing, optimizing, and continuously improving the company's ERP platform, ensuring alignment between business processes, operational excellence, and corporate objectives. You will collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, HR, Sales, and IT to maximize the value delivered by the ERP ecosystem, driving innovation, process efficiency, and data quality across the organization.

Your Impact

• Lead the complete lifecycle of ERP initiatives, from requirements gathering and solution design to deployment and post go-live support.
• Manage ERP-related projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Partner with business leaders and functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into scalable ERP solutions.
• Ensure ERP data integrity, governance, security, and compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through process analysis and optimization.
• Manage ERP upgrades, releases, system enhancements, and issue resolution activities.Develop adoption and training programs to maximize user engagement and system effectiveness.
• Coordinate internal resources, external consultants, and software vendors.
• Monitor ERP performance and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
• Maintain functional and technical documentation, user guides, and reporting tools.

About You

• Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Proven experience managing enterprise ERP platforms in complex international environments.
• More than 10 years of experience leading ERP implementation or transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Logistics.
• Experience managing external vendors and consulting partners.
• Strong knowledge of ERP architectures and business process integration.
• Understanding of data governance, system security, and application lifecycle management.
• Experience with project management methodologies and change management practices.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and design effective system solutions.
• Familiarity with reporting, dashboards, and performance monitoring tools.

Compensation Data

We believe great work deserves great recognition. For this role, we offer an annual gross salary (RAL) between €85,000 and €95,000, based on your level of experience, technical skills, and scope of responsibilities, in accordance with the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanici).
