Brightstar Lottery is seeking an ERP Application Development Manager (Italy) to lead SAP ERP initiatives across Finance, Procurement, Commercial and Corporate functions. You will shape the ERP landscape, drive optimization, and collaborate with global teams in a complex international environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of SAP experience in consulting or corporate environments.
• Proven experience across Finance, Treasury, Procurement and Commercial processes.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and cross-functional integrations.
• Experience coordinating with external consultants and partners.
• Fluent Italian; professional English proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Support, maintain and enhance SAP business processes across multiple functional areas.
• Partner with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and deliver SAP solutions.
• Lead business process improvement and solution design initiatives.
• Coordinate external consultants, implementation partners and support providers.
• Ensure process consistency across local and global ERP teams.
• Contribute to solution design, testing, deployment and post go-live support.
