TXT Group is seeking an Application Analyst to join the Corporate IT Department, with a focus on SAP ERP. The role offers progression to Advanced or Specialist level based on skills and autonomy, and involves operational management and evolution of the company’s applications within a dynamic environment.

The position will begin as on-site with a full onboarding period, then shift to a hybrid model (possible remote work).

Competenze

• Experience participating in SAP ERP projects or activities.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and of English (written and spoken).

Mansioni

• Configuration, management and maintenance of corporate applications (SAP ERP focus).
• Analysis and resolution of user issues and business function requests.
• Collaboration with external suppliers and partners; oversight of integrations between ERP, BI, CRM, HCM.
• Preparation and updating of technical-functional documentation for application management and evolution.
• User support and training on new implementations and releases.
