Role and responsibilities

For our Pulse Run area, we are looking for a SAP BW Senior Consultant who will join our team responsible for carrying out BI services with SAP technology.

We are seeking a skilled SAP BW Senior Consultant to join our consulting team within the AMS (Application Maintenance Services) practice. The ideal candidate will have solid experience managing SAP BW tickets, handling minor enhancements, and delivering functional solutions that support continuous improvement. Knowledge of SAP Datasphere is a plus. This role requires strong collaboration with both technical teams and clients to ensure high-quality service delivery.

You will be responsible for:

1. Managing and resolving SAP BW AMS tickets and minor enhancements;
2. Translating business requirements into functional SAP BW solutions;
3. Supporting continuous improvement of reports and data models;
4. Collaborating with technical teams and communicating with clients;
5. Maintaining AMS documentation and monitoring system performance.

Required Skills

• 3–6 years of experience in SAP BW AMS ticket handling and enhancements;
• Knowledge of SAP Datasphere is a plus;
• Good knowledge and strong interest in Business Intelligence;
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Good written and spoken English;
• Strong communication skills.
