TESISQUARE S.p.A. is seeking an SAP Business & Integration Consultant / PM in the Supply Chain area to join our SAP team and bridge our digital platform with SAP ERP systems.

The candidate will manage project lifecycles, analyze supply chain processes, and align client requirements with custom integration workflows, working from our headquarters in Italy.

Competenze

• Degree in Engineering, Management or equivalent field.
• Experience in SAP implementation/integration projects.
• Deep understanding of core Supply Chain, Logistics, and Operations processes in ERP.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English.

Mansioni

• Advisory & PM: Define project scope, governance, timelines, and value milestones for SAP consulting and integration projects.
• Business Process Re-engineering: Lead AS-IS / TO-BE workshops focused on the Supply Chain area.
• Functional Architecture & Requirements: Translate business requirements into functional specs and integration workflows between SAP and TESISQUARE.
• Stakeholder Management & Relationship Building: Act as trusted advisor for client executives and stakeholders, coordinating internal teams.
• Quality Assurance & Delivery Management: Oversee testing phases (UAT), change management, rollout, and post-go-live support.

We are looking for a: **SAP Business & Integration Consultant / PM (Supply Chain Area)** The candidate will join our dedicated SAP team, responsible for bridging our proprietary digital platform with customer SAP ERP ecosystems. The candidate will manage project lifecycles, analyze supply chain and business processes, and align client requirements with custom integration workflows. Main Responsibilities: * Advisory & PM: Define project scope, governance, timelines, and value milestones for SAP consulting and integration projects. * Business Process Re-engineering: Lead business process analysis workshops (AS-IS / TO-BE mapping) focused on the Supply Chain area, identifying efficiency opportunities and industry best practices. * Functional Architecture & Requirements: Gather and translate business requirements into high-value functional specifications and integration workflows between client SAP systems and TESISQUARE platforms. * Stakeholder Management & Relationship Building: Act as a trusted advisor and strategic point of contact for client C-level executives and key stakeholders, while coordinating internal functional and development teams. * Quality Assurance & Delivery Management: Oversee critical testing phases (UAT), change management, operational rollout, and post-go-live support to ensure project KPIs are met and maximum client satisfaction is achieved. Define project scope, timelines, and main goals for SAP integration and consultancy projects. Requirements: * Degree in Engineering, Management or an equivalent field. * Proven experience in consulting firms or system integrators as a Functional Consultant, Senior Business Analyst, or Project Manager in SAP implementation/integration projects. * Deep understanding of core Supply Chain, Logistics, and Operations processes in ERP environments. * Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills. * Fluency in English. Location: Headquarters in Roreto di Cherasco (CN) or Naples office. Gross Annual Salary: €45k-€50k, to be evaluated based on the candidate's seniority and experience. | |
