SAP BASIS & HANA Consultant - Italian Speaker

We are seeking a highly talented and self-motivated SAP BASIS & HANA Consultant who is an Italian speaker to join our team and contribute to our SAP projects.
Your Role & Responsibilities
- Support sales to delivery handover and customer onboarding for SAP Enterprise Cloud Services.
- Assist in onboarding and transitioning customers to SAP Enterprise Cloud Services.
- Manage overall service and project delivery according to scope, budget, and milestones.
- Support de-escalation of critical customer issues.
- Collaborate with Major Incident Management and SAP support teams on critical situations.
- Participate in customer release and maintenance activities.
- Guide customers on technical requirements throughout their lifecycle within SAP.
- Execute problem management and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with SAP stakeholders to ensure customer success.
- Review account status and analyze transitions based on account growth and complexity.
- Facilitate faster onboarding of associates through documentation and training.
- Conduct delta knowledge transfer sessions and refresher trainings.
Qualifications & Experience
Technical Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of SAP Basis experience.
- Hands-on experience with HANA database.
- Mandatory experience in SAP Upgrade & Migration (OS / DB).
- Experience with SaaS integrations (Ariba, Salesforce, C4C, etc.) is a plus.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Fluent in Italian (C2 or native level).
- Proficient in English (B2 or above).
Work Experience
- 5-6 years in multinational software or IT organizations.
- At least 5 years of SAP Basis and S/4HANA knowledge.
- 2+ years of cloud experience in solution management, consulting, or delivery.
