Your Role & Responsibilities

As a Digital Customer Engagement Manager, you will focus on:

  • Supporting sales to delivery handover and customer onboarding to SAP Enterprise Cloud Services
  • Contributing to onboarding/transitioning customers to SAP ENTERPRISE CLOUD SERVICES
  • Managing service/project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline
  • Supporting critical customer situations and de-escalations
  • Collaborating with SAP teams and support to resolve issues
  • Participating in customer release and maintenance activities
  • Supporting technical requirements and problem management
  • Engaging with SAP stakeholders to ensure customer success
  • Reviewing account status and transition needs
  • Ensuring systematic onboarding and continuous knowledge transfer
Qualifications & Experience

Required technical skills:

  • Minimum 5 years in SAP Basis with expertise in SAP HANA
  • Experience in SAP Upgrade & Migration (OS/DB)
  • Experience with SaaS integrations (Ariba, Salesforce, C4S) a plus
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
  • Italian language proficiency (C2 or native)
  • English proficiency (B2 or above)

Work experience:

  • 5-6 years in multinational IT companies
  • 5 years in SAP S/4HANA
  • 2+ years cloud experience
