We are seeking a talented and self-motivated Digital Customer Engagement Manager to join our team and drive innovation in our SAP projects.

Your Role & Responsibilities

As a Digital Customer Engagement Manager, your responsibilities include:

  • Supporting sales to delivery handover and customer onboarding with SAP Enterprise Cloud Services
  • Contributing to onboarding and transitioning customers to SAP Enterprise Cloud Services
  • Managing overall service and project delivery according to scope, budget, and milestones
  • Supporting critical customer situations and de-escalations
  • Collaborating with SAP teams and support for incident management
  • Participating in customer release and maintenance activities
  • Supporting technical requirements throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Executing problem management and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Engaging with SAP stakeholders to ensure customer success
  • Reviewing account status and managing account transitions as needed
  • Facilitating onboarding and training for associates
Qualifications & Experience

Required technical skills:

  • Minimum 5 years in SAP Basis with expertise in HANA database
  • Experience in SAP Upgrade & Migration (OS/DB)
  • Experience with SaaS integrations (Ariba, Salesforce, C4S) is a plus
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Italian language proficiency (C2 or native)
  • English proficiency (B2 or above)

Work experience:

  • 5-6 years in multinational IT organizations
  • 5 years in SAP S/4HANA
  • At least 2 years in cloud solutions
