Your Role & Responsibilities
  • Support sales to delivery handover and customer onboarding with SAP Enterprise Cloud Services.
  • Contribute to onboarding/transitioning customers to SAP Enterprise Cloud Services.
  • Manage service/project delivery within scope, budget, and milestones.
  • Assist in de-escalations of critical customer issues.
  • Coordinate with SAP teams for critical customer situations.
  • Participate in customer release and maintenance activities.
  • Support technical requirements throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Implement problem management and continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with SAP stakeholders to ensure customer success.
  • Review account status and facilitate transitions as needed.
  • Ensure faster onboarding of associates with proper documentation.
  • Conduct continuous knowledge transfer sessions.
Qualifications & Experience

Technical skills required:

  • Minimum 5 years in SAP Basis with expertise in HANA database.
  • Experience in SAP Upgrade & Migration (OS/DB).
  • Experience with SaaS integrations (Ariba, Salesforce, C4S, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Italian language proficiency (C2 or Native).
  • English proficiency (B2 and above).
Work Experience
  • 5-6 years in multinational software/IT organizations.
  • At least 5 years of SAP S/4HANA knowledge.
  • 2+ years in cloud-related roles.
