We are seeking a highly talented and self-motivated SAP BASIS & HANA Account Manager to join our team in Ancona, Italy. The role involves managing SAP BASIS and HANA accounts, supporting customer onboarding, service delivery, and technical support.

Your Role & Responsibilities

• Support sales-to-delivery handover and customer onboarding for SAP Enterprise Cloud Services.
• Contribute to onboarding and transitioning customers to SAP Cloud Services.
• Oversee service and project delivery according to scope, budget, and milestones.
• Assist in de-escalating critical customer situations.
• Support in critical incident management and customer support activities.
• Participate in customer release and maintenance activities.
• Support customers with technical requirements throughout their lifecycle.
• Execute problem management and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with SAP stakeholders to ensure customer success.
• Review account status and plan transitions based on account growth.
• Facilitate onboarding and training for new associates.
• Provide ongoing knowledge transfer sessions.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of SAP Basis experience, including HANA database expertise.
• Experience with SAP upgrade and migration (OS/DB).
• Experience with SaaS integrations (e.g., Ariba, Salesforce, C4C).
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Fluent Italian (C2 or native) and proficient in English (B2 or above).

Work Experience

• 5-6 years in multinational IT/software organizations.
• At least 5 years of SAP S/4HANA knowledge.
• 2+ years cloud-related experience.
