We are seeking a highly talented and self-motivated Digital Customer Engagement Manager to join us in advancing technology through innovation and creativity.

Your Role & Responsibilities

As a Digital Customer Engagement Manager, you will:

  • Support sales to delivery handover and customer onboarding to SAP Enterprise Cloud Services.
  • Contribute to onboarding and transitioning customers to SAP Enterprise Cloud Services.
  • Oversee service/project delivery according to scope, budget, and milestones.
  • Assist in de-escalating critical customer situations.
  • Work with Major Incident Management, SAP Customer Office, and SAP Product Support on critical issues.
  • Participate in customer release and maintenance activities.
  • Support customers with technical requirements throughout their lifecycle.
  • Implement problem management and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate with SAP stakeholders to ensure customer success.
  • Review account status and analyze needs for account transition due to growth.
  • Ensure faster onboarding of associates through mandatory training documentation.
  • Facilitate ongoing knowledge transfer sessions on new topics and refreshers.
Qualifications & Experience

Required technical skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years of SAP Basis experience.
  • Hands-on experience with HANA database.
  • Mandatory experience in SAP Upgrade & Migration (OS/DB).
  • Experience with SaaS products like Ariba, Salesforce, C4S, etc., is a plus.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Italian language proficiency at C2 or native level.
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Work experience:

  • 5-6 years in multinational software/IT organizations.
  • At least 5 years of SAP S/4HANA knowledge.
  • 2+ years of cloud experience in Solution Management, Consulting, or Delivery.
