We are seeking a highly talented and self-motivated Digital Customer Engagement Manager to join us in advancing technology through innovation and creativity.

Your Role & Responsibilities

As a Digital Customer Engagement Manager, you will:

  • Support sales-to-delivery handover and customer onboarding to SAP Enterprise Cloud Services.
  • Contribute to onboarding and transitioning customers to SAP Enterprise Cloud Services.
  • Oversee service/project delivery according to scope, budget, and milestones.
  • Assist in de-escalating critical customer situations.
  • Support critical situations with Major Incident Management, SAP Customer Office teams, and SAP Product Support.
  • Participate in customer release and maintenance activities.
  • Assist customers with technical requirements throughout their lifecycle within SAP Enterprise.
  • Implement problem management and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate with SAP stakeholders, especially virtual customer success partners, to ensure customer success.
  • Review account status and analyze the need for account transition based on growth or complexity.
  • Ensure systematic onboarding of associates, including training documentation.
  • Facilitate ongoing knowledge transfer sessions on new topics and refresher courses.
Qualifications & Experience

Required technical skills:

  • At least 5 years of SAP Basis expertise.
  • Hands-on experience with HANA database.
  • Mandatory experience in SAP Upgrade & Migration (OS/DB).
  • Experience with SaaS products (e.g., Ariba, Salesforce, C4S) integration with SAP is a plus.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Italian language proficiency at C2 or native level.
  • English proficiency at B2 level or above.
Work Experience
  • 5-6 years in multinational software/IT organizations.
  • 5 years of SAP S/4HANA Basis knowledge.
  • At least 2 years of cloud-related experience.
