Competenze

We are seeking a highly talented and self-motivated Digital Customer Engagement Manager to join us in advancing technology through innovation and creativity.

Your Role & Responsibilities

As a Digital Customer Engagement Manager, your key responsibilities include:

  1. Supporting sales to delivery handover and customer onboarding for SAP Enterprise Cloud Services.
  2. Contributing to onboarding and transitioning customers to SAP Enterprise Cloud Services.
  3. Managing overall service and project delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
  4. Assisting in de-escalating critical customer issues.
  5. Collaborating with Major Incident Management, SAP Customer Office, and SAP Support teams for critical situations.
  6. Participating in customer release and maintenance activities.
  7. Supporting customers with technical requirements throughout their lifecycle.
  8. Executing problem management and continuous improvement initiatives.
  9. Liaising with SAP stakeholders to ensure customer success.
  10. Reviewing account status and analyzing the need for account transition based on growth.
  11. Facilitating faster onboarding of associates through training documentation.
  12. Enabling continuous knowledge transfer sessions on new topics and refreshers.
Qualifications & Experience

Required technical skills:

  • At least 5 years of experience in SAP Basis.
  • Hands-on experience with HANA database.
  • Mandatory experience in SAP Upgrade & Migration (OS/DB).
  • Experience with SaaS integrations (Ariba, Salesforce, C4S) is a plus.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Italian language proficiency at C2 or native level.
  • English proficiency at B2 level or above.

Work experience:

  • 5-6 years in multinational software/IT organizations.
  • 5 years of SAP S/4HANA knowledge.
  • At least 2 years of cloud experience in solution management, consulting, or delivery.
