Baker Hughes is seeking a Field Specialist – Sand Control Pumping to join our Completions team in Italy. You will be the key interface between on-site teams and the client, applying engineering methods to optimize downhole hydraulics and run Sand Control Pumping jobs across multiple applications.

You will work within the Baker Hughes safety and compliance framework, contributing to project execution and reporting progress.

Competenze

• Minimum 3+ years in Sand Control Pumping.
• Knowledge of drilling rig and workover operations.
• Fluency in English and good team communication.

As a Field Specialist – Sand Control Pumping, you will be responsible for:

• Demonstrating ability to apply downhole hydraulics principles and correctly uses product line/ application specific calculations
• Running jobs in multiple applications in assigned primary product line in Sand Control Pumping
• Conducting all business activities in accordance to Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements
• Applying scientific and engineering methodologies to analyze the performance and implementation potential of processes
• Carrying out required engineering tasks/projects, according to company and national standards and procedures, and reporting progress

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have at least 3+ years working experience in primary product line Sand Control Pumping
• Experience in secondary product lines Lower Completion Sand Control Tools, Upper Completion & Intelligent Production Systems and Wellbore Construction Liner Hanger will be advantageous.
• Demonstrate knowledge of drilling rig and workover operations
• Have the ability to work and communicate well with others
• Have the ability to apply downhole hydraulics principles and correctly uses product line/ application specific calculation
• Be a good team player and display good communication skills with fluency in English

For Italy: The initial pay range for this position will be EUR 33,559 To 62,000.

The provisions of the Contratto Collettivo Energia e Petrolio will be applied to this position. Art. 32 and Art. 34 of that collective bargaining agreement relate to pay.

For Romania: The initial pay range for this position will be RON 79,850 To 148,290.

The following provisions relating to pay set out in a relevant collective agreement will be applied to this position.

For Poland: The initial pay range for this position will be PLN 0 To 0.

There are no provisions of any collective agreement relating to pay which will be applied to this position.

The Baker Hughes internal title for this role is: FIELD SPEC II - SCS
