Drive innovative practices into Salesforce.com Technology delivery, bringing depth of Industrial Manufacturing and Salesforce.com expertise to delivery engagement. Act as an expert, bringing emerging ideas combined with experienced-based industry best practices to life by shaping, advising, and implementing client Digital engagement and Transformation Strategies. Use deep technical expertise, business acumen, and fluid communication skills to work directly with global enterprise clients in a trusted advisor relationship to gather requirements, analyze, design, and/or implement Salesforce Platform Technologies based best practice business Transformations. Enhance Accenture's marketplace reputation within the Industry and Salesforce Technology.

The Salesforce Industries Senior Functional Developer is a key member of our Salesforce Business Group Delivery organization in Europe. In addition to being responsible for developing high-performing solutions leveraging the Salesforce Industries suite of products, a Senior Functional Consultant will design solutions, conduct fit/gap assessments, configure and custom apps, and, as required, manage more junior developers. Acting as a trusted functional advisor in Digital Transformation with Industrial and Salesforce experience.

Basic Qualifications

• Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud aggregated/certified SME
• Industrial Manufacturing, Automotive Supplier & Automotive industry affine, experience and interest preferred.
• Marketing, Sales, (field) Service process experience
• Salesforce Functional experience (Sales-Cloud, Service-Cloud certified)
• A minimum of 6 months exposure to Salesforce.com APEX data loader
• A minimum of 6 months exposure to integrations
• A minimum of 6 months exposure to leading/mentoring junior developers
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and be creative within a team
• Knowledge of Cloud Computing (SaaS, PaaS) and Salesforce.com, either through work at industry participants or consulting to the industry
• Cross European role.
• Next to native local language, English speaking and writing.
