YO AI Labs is seeking an experienced Salesforce/HubSpot Administrator to support revenue systems and CRM governance for a SaaS project. The role focuses on auditing CRM data, resolving inconsistencies, and standardizing processes across platforms.

The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years of hands‑on CRM experience, strong knowledge of CRM objects and automation, and the ability to translate complex workflows into clear operational steps. This is a remote contractor position in the SaaS sector.

Competenze

• 4–6 years of hands‑on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar CRM platforms.
• Experience leading CRM implementations, migrations, consolidations, or rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation, and permissions.
• Experience with at least two revenue or operational systems such as billing, CPQ, ticketing, or integration platforms.
• Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, data models, and cross‑system data reconciliation.
• Experience working in SaaS environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

We are seeking experienced Salesforce / HubSpot Administrators - Revenue Systems (SaaS) to support a customer project focused on operational excellence across CRM and revenue systems.

You’ll use your CRM expertise to evaluate real-world SaaS operations, resolve data and process inconsistencies, and help improve how AI systems understand complex business workflows. No prior AI experience is required.
