Role overview: Salesforce Director

Reporting directly to the Commercial Director and CEO, you will define and execute growth strategies within the Salesforce ecosystem, aiming to expand the client base and enhance internal capabilities.

  • Strategic Leadership: Position the company as a key player in the Italian Salesforce market.
  • Business Growth: Drive revenue by acquiring new mid-to-large enterprise clients and expanding existing accounts.
  • Practice Expansion: Build and develop the Salesforce team, ensuring talent acquisition, certifications, and skill enhancement.
  • Team Management: Lead a team of 15 professionals, mainly based in Rome, optimizing structure and efficiency.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Delivery teams to maximize cross-selling and improve go-to-market strategies.
  • Best Practices & Quality: Establish standards for project execution and AMS (Application Management Services).

Background: Experience in consulting, especially in business integration.

Industry Expertise: Proven success in manufacturing and retail sectors.

Leadership & Strategy: Ability to lead teams, define strategic roadmaps, and ensure execution excellence.

Commercial Skills: Strong business development capabilities with a focus on Salesforce-driven growth.

Education & Skills: Master’s degree, fluent in English, and capable of operating at an executive level.

Mobility: Willing to travel nationally as needed.
