WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We’re seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with a proven track record of building and customizing Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate cross-functionally with our IT department, supporting the delivery of our Salesforce platform from concept to completion. You will develop, test, and refine our Salesforce environment, ensuring seamless integration and exceptional performance. Strong expertise in building robust API solutions to connect Salesforce with existing PHP-based products is required. You will develop, manage, and optimize data flow and logic between these systems to ensure high performance and reliability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Design, develop, and maintain scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform to meet business requirements.
2. Develop custom applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components.
3. Manage Salesforce configurations, including custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and process builder.
4. Implement version control best practices for smooth collaboration and code management.
5. Create, execute, and refine automated and integration tests to maintain application quality.
6. Work closely with designers, backend developers, and product managers to translate requirements into robust Salesforce features.
7. Identify and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, bugs, and issues to ensure a stable Salesforce experience.
8. Stay updated on emerging technologies, platform updates, and best practices for continuous improvement.
9. Promote a culture of collaboration, knowledge sharing, and innovation within the team.
10. Design, develop, and maintain scalable API integrations (REST, SOAP, Bulk) to connect Salesforce with external applications, especially PHP environments.
11. Collaborate with web development teams to ensure seamless functionality and data exchange.
12. Troubleshoot and debug issues across the entire integration stack.

REQUIREMENTS

• Solid understanding of the Salesforce platform with a proven record of delivering robust applications.
• Proficient in Salesforce programming languages including Apex, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Hands-on experience with version control tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and user-centric development approach.
• Understanding of API REST design and secure, scalable service delivery.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems, especially PHP environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Preferred Certifications: Salesforce Associate, Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Sharing and Visibility Designer, Salesforce Certified Community Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Platform App Builder, Salesforce Platform Developer I, Salesforce Application Architect, Salesforce Data Architect, Salesforce AI Associate, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator.
