WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We’re seeking a skilled Salesforce developer with a proven track record in building and customizing Salesforce solutions. You will collaborate cross-functionally with our IT department, supporting the delivery of our Salesforce platform from concept to completion. As a key team member, you will develop, test, and refine our Salesforce environment, ensuring seamless integration and exceptional performance. Strong expertise in building robust API solutions to connect Salesforce with existing PHP-based products is required. You will develop, manage, and optimize data flow and logic between these systems to ensure high performance and reliability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform to meet business requirements.
• Develop custom applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components.
• Manage Salesforce configurations, including custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and process builder.
• Implement version control best practices for collaboration and code management.
• Create, execute, and refine automated and integration tests to ensure high application quality.
• Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product managers to translate requirements into functional Salesforce features.
• Identify and troubleshoot performance issues, bugs, and bottlenecks.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, platform updates, and best practices.
• Promote a culture of collaboration, knowledge sharing, and innovation.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable API integrations (REST, SOAP, Bulk) to connect Salesforce with external applications, especially PHP environments.
• Collaborate with web development teams to ensure seamless data exchange and functionality.
• Troubleshoot and debug integration issues.

REQUIREMENTS

• Solid understanding of the Salesforce platform with a proven record of delivering scalable applications.
• Proficiency in Salesforce programming languages including Apex, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Hands-on experience with version control tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and user-centric development approach.
• Understanding of API REST design and implementation for secure, scalable services.
• Experience interfacing Salesforce with external systems, especially PHP environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Preferred Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Platform Developer I, Salesforce Data Architect, among others listed.
