WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer with a proven track record of building and customizing Salesforce solutions. You will collaborate cross-functionally with our IT department, supporting the delivery of our Salesforce platform from concept to completion. As a key member of the team, you will develop, test, and refine our Salesforce environment, ensuring seamless integration and exceptional performance. Moreover, strong expertise in building robust API solutions to connect Salesforce with our existing PHP-based public products is required. You will develop, manage, and optimize the data flow and logic between these systems to ensure high performance and reliability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Design, develop, and maintain scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform to meet business requirements.
2. Develop custom applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components.
3. Manage Salesforce configurations, including custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and process builder.
4. Implement version control best practices, ensuring smooth collaboration and code management across the team.
5. Create, execute, and refine automatic and integration tests to maintain the highest level of application quality.
6. Work closely with designers, backend developers, and product managers to translate requirements into functional and robust Salesforce features.
7. Identify and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, bugs, and issues to ensure a stable and scalable Salesforce experience.
8. Stay updated on emerging technologies, platform updates, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
9. Promote a culture of collaboration, knowledge sharing, and innovation within the development team.
10. Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient API integrations (REST, SOAP, Bulk) to connect Salesforce with external applications, particularly our PHP-based product environment.
11. Collaborate with the web development team to ensure seamless functionality and data exchange between Salesforce and our public-facing platforms.
12. Troubleshoot and debug issues across the entire integration stack, identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Solid understanding of the Salesforce platform, with a proven track record of delivering robust and scalable applications.
2. Proficient understanding of Salesforce programming languages including Apex, SOQL, and SOSL.
3. Demonstrable experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
4. Hands-on experience with versioning tools like Git for managing and tracking code changes.
5. Strong problem-solving skills, with a passion for developing user-centric applications.
6. Solid understanding of API REST design and implementation, with a proven track record of delivering secure and scalable services for platform integration.
7. Practical knowledge of integrating Salesforce with external systems, specifically interfacing with PHP environments.
8. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
9. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, enabling seamless integration with cross-functional teams.
10. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and a commitment to delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred certifications include Salesforce Associate, Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Sharing and Visibility Designer, Salesforce Certified Community Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Platform App Builder, Salesforce Platform Developer I, Salesforce Application Architect, Salesforce Data Architect, Salesforce AI Associate, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator.
