WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We’re seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with a proven track record of building and customizing Salesforce solutions. You will collaborate cross-functionally with our IT department, supporting the delivery of our Salesforce platform from concept to completion. As a key team member, you will develop, test, and refine our Salesforce environment, ensuring seamless integration and high performance. Strong expertise in building robust API solutions to connect Salesforce with existing PHP-based products is required. You will develop, manage, and optimize data flow and logic between these systems to ensure reliability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Design, develop, and maintain scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform to meet business needs.
2. Develop custom applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components.
3. Manage Salesforce configurations, including custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and process builder.
4. Implement version control best practices for collaboration and code management.
5. Create, execute, and refine automated and integration tests to ensure application quality.
6. Work closely with designers, backend developers, and product managers to translate requirements into Salesforce features.
7. Identify and troubleshoot performance issues, bugs, and bottlenecks.
8. Stay updated on emerging technologies, platform updates, and best practices.
9. Promote a culture of collaboration, knowledge sharing, and innovation.
10. Design, develop, and maintain API integrations (REST, SOAP, Bulk) to connect Salesforce with external applications, especially PHP-based environments.
11. Collaborate with web development teams for seamless functionality and data exchange.
12. Troubleshoot and debug the entire integration stack.

REQUIREMENTS

• Solid understanding of the Salesforce platform and experience delivering scalable applications.
• Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning Web Components.
• Experience with version control tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and user-centric development approach.
• Understanding of API design and implementation, especially REST.
• Experience interfacing Salesforce with PHP environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Salesforce Certifications (preferred but not mandatory): Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform Developer I, among others.
