RAIN Group, an award-winning global provider of innovative sales training and performance improvement services, is seeking contract sales training facilitators to join our expanding team.
This is a part-time, contract role.
We are looking for independent sales training facilitators fluent in Italian and English, experienced in delivering engaging learning in industries such as technology, manufacturing, financial services, healthcare, or professional services.

This role involves crafting and delivering tailored content and RAIN Group IP in Italy and potentially globally, focusing on transformation and results through training, coaching, and reinforcement via various delivery methods.
Role Highlights:
• Collaborate with client and product teams to execute programs that meet client goals, including content tailoring, session facilitation, coaching, and reinforcement.
• Drive client transformation by delivering top-tier programming.
• Manage client projects to ensure seamless, on-time, and on-budget execution.
• Become an IP expert and resource for others.
• Achieve KPIs related to client feedback on programming and facilitation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Maintain professional communication with clients and internal teams.
• Support sales and large projects as needed.
• Provide feedback to sales, marketing, and client teams.
Desired Skills and Attributes:
Successful candidates are curious, creative, energetic, and team-oriented. They should understand adult learning and experiential techniques.
Additional requirements include:
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Proven facilitation experience with strong references.
• Experience in sales or leading sales teams.
• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and collaboration tools.
• Strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of instructional design.
• Ability to relate to all organizational levels with enthusiasm.
• Quick learner for specific verticals.
• Open to coaching and feedback.
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally.
• Access to major airports.
• Availability for 2-10 days of training per month, plus travel.
