Job Description:

RAIN Group, an award-winning global provider of innovative sales training and performance improvement services, is seeking contract sales training facilitators to add to our expanding team.

This is a part-time, contract role.

Are you an independent sales training facilitator who is fluent in Italian and English and is looking to align with a proven, time-tested sales methodology infused across a wide and deep portfolio of training offerings?

We are seeking dynamic individuals who are experts in training facilitation and who have experience delivering engaging learning in industries such as technology, manufacturing, financial services, healthcare, or professional services.

This role involves crafting, delivering, and enabling our solutions in Italy, with potential global engagements. Your main focus will be to drive transformation and results through tailored content and RAIN Group IP via training, coaching, and reinforcement, using various delivery mediums.

Role Highlights:

You will work with client and product teams, partnering directly with clients to execute program delivery, including content tailoring, facilitation, coaching, and reinforcement.

You will be expected to:

  1. Drive client transformation and results by delivering world-class programming.
  2. Project manage client engagements ensuring seamless execution, custom design, and timely, on-budget delivery.
  3. Master IP knowledge and serve as an IP expert.
  4. Meet KPIs for client feedback on programming and facilitation.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams (project management, development, content, technology) for successful delivery.
  6. Maintain professional communication with clients and internal teams.
  7. Support sales or large-scale projects as needed.
  8. Provide feedback to sales, product, marketing, and client results teams.

Desired Skills, Attributes, and Competencies:

Successful candidates are curious, creative, and energetic, comfortable working in teams. Facilitators should understand adult learning theory and experiential learning techniques.

Additional requirements include:

  • Fluent in English and Italian
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Training facilitation experience with stellar references
  • Experience in selling and leading sales teams
  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and collaboration software
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Knowledge of instructional design
  • Ability to relate to all organizational levels with enthusiasm
  • Quick learner for verticals and organizations
  • Open to coaching and feedback
  • Willing to travel domestically and internationally
  • Access to a major airport hub
  • Availability for 2-10 days of training per month, depending on demand
