Job Description:

RAIN Group, an award-winning global provider of innovative sales training and performance improvement services, is seeking contract sales training facilitators to join our expanding team.

This is a part-time, contract role.

We are looking for independent sales training facilitators fluent in Italian and English, experienced in delivering engaging learning in industries like technology, manufacturing, financial services, healthcare, or professional services.

The role involves working with salespeople, managers, and leaders to unlock sales potential through tailored content, training, coaching, and reinforcement across various delivery mediums. The primary focus is on crafting, delivering, and enabling solutions in Italy, with potential global engagements.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Partnering with clients to execute programs that achieve desired results, including content tailoring and session facilitation.
  2. Driving client transformation and results through world-class programming.
  3. Managing client projects to ensure timely, on-budget delivery.
  4. Mastering and sharing IP knowledge as an expert.
  5. Achieving KPIs for client feedback.
  6. Collaborating with internal teams for project success.
  7. Maintaining high-level professional communication.
  8. Supporting sales and large projects as needed.
  9. Providing feedback to various teams for continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will be curious, creative, and energetic, with a solid understanding of adult learning and experiential techniques. Additional requirements:

  • Fluent in English and Italian
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Proven facilitation experience with excellent references
  • Experience in sales or leading sales teams
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and collaboration tools
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of instructional design
  • Ability to relate to all organizational levels
  • Quick learner on industry specifics
  • Open to coaching and feedback
  • Willing to travel domestically and internationally
  • Access to a major airport hub
  • Availability for 2-10 days of training per month, depending on demand
