Are you an independent sales training facilitator fluent in Italian and English, looking to work with a proven sales methodology across diverse training offerings?

We seek dynamic individuals experienced in training facilitation, capable of engaging learners in industries such as technology, manufacturing, financial services, healthcare, or professional services.

Do you enjoy working with salespeople, managers, and leaders to unlock their sales potential? Do you excel in delivering energetic, impactful, active learning experiences?

This role involves crafting and delivering tailored training solutions in Italy, with potential international engagements. Your focus will be on driving transformation and delivering results through training, coaching, and reinforcement using various mediums.

Role Highlights:

• Partner with clients and internal teams to deliver programs that meet client goals, including content tailoring and facilitation.
• Drive client transformation by delivering world-class programming.
• Manage projects to ensure seamless, on-time, and on-budget execution.
• Become an expert in RAIN Group IP and serve as a knowledge resource.
• Achieve KPIs related to client feedback and program effectiveness.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Maintain high-level professional communication.
• Support sales and large-scale projects as needed.
• Provide feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement.
