SALES ENGINEER - APPLICAZIONI LASER

The Sales Engineer aims to develop and manage sales of their designated products across the entire country, ensuring the achievement of revenue, margin, and customer satisfaction goals.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Applying the commercial policy related to their product line;
  • Monitoring sales and planning activities based on assigned targets;
  • Providing technical and commercial support to customers during pre-sales;
  • Planning visits to existing and potential clients to strengthen relationships and expand the customer portfolio;
  • Identifying and managing business opportunities in the market;
  • Accurately maintaining data within the CRM;
  • Drafting sales contracts, negotiating discounts and payment terms within their decision-making scope, in accordance with company policies;
  • Acting as an interface between external clients and internal functions to facilitate order management;
  • Managing customer complaints in coordination with internal teams;
  • Handling credit-related issues;
  • Implementing marketing initiatives within their assigned area.

Candidates should have a technical educational background (engineering degree and/or a subsequent specialization master's); knowledge of laser technology is a preferred requirement.

  • Excellent command of the English language.
