What you'll be doing day to day

  • Take responsibility for your department's goals across channels, ensuring alignment with country priorities for the Home Furnishing Business (HFB), and follow up with proven solutions
  • Maintain the store in excellent condition, fully stocked, and presenting the product range in an inspiring way at all touchpoints
  • Identify and act on commercial opportunities or threats by monitoring KPIs, analyzing local market and customer feedback, and managing stock availability
  • Collaborate actively with the Store Commercial Team and HQ to ensure effective communication and best practice sharing
  • Work proactively with HR to ensure adequate staffing, training, and professional service delivery, aligned with a core area approach
  • Ensure the team has the right mindset, product knowledge, and understanding of IKEA services to deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop team members, fostering engagement and succession planning
  • Participate actively in sustainability initiatives, reflecting these priorities across store offerings
