Visio Digital Partner is a digital agency offering the full-scope of digital marketing services : digital advertising, web and e-commerce development, SEO, UX / UI, brand identity, and more. To continue driving our mission forward, we are looking for a Sales Team Lead to join our team.

WHAT WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO TAKE CARE OF

Market Analysis : conduct market analysis to identify trends, monitor competitors, and proactively adapt sales strategies;

Business Opportunity Development : identify and develop new business opportunities, both in terms of new clients and cross-selling / up-selling with existing clients;

Sales Strategy Development : define and implement sales strategies aligned with business objectives to promote the company's digital marketing services;

Client Relationship Management : develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their needs are understood and met;

Commercial Proposal Development : prepare and present customized sales proposals and offers for potential and existing clients;

Performance Analysis and Reporting : analyze the sales team’s performance through key KPIs and sales reports;

Lead Generation and Conversion : collaborate with the marketing team to develop lead generation campaigns to generate qualified leads;

Corporate Promotional Activities : represent the company's image and promote our products by participating in global events and trade fairs;

Sales Team Creation and Development : train, motivate, and manage a team to ensure high performance.

WHAT WE WISH YOU’D BRING WITH

Degree in Economics, Marketing, Communication, or similar fields;

At least 4-6 years of experience in the role, preferably in digital sector companies;

Experience in contract closing with a deal value of 100K+;

Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

Broad knowledge of the English language (B2 / C1);

Negotiation, presentation, and client relationship management skills;

Knowledge of CRM systems and sales tools;

Networking skills and relationship building expertise.
