WHAT YOU LEARN?

• Be the main support for the Sales team to run all sales operations smoothly and timely
• Ensure a correct flow of communication with the other departments
• Execute standard reports (Weekly, Monthly, Sales Report) and ad-hoc reports as required by the Team
• Check correct set up of commission plans on affiliate platforms
• Prepare graphic material and presentations for meetings with clients
• File contracts and invoices for the confirmed agreements with clients
• Request missing codes, offers, and images from clients
• Attend trade events and networking events when required

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Fluent in Italian and English - this will be tested during the interview process;
• Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Business, Marketing, or a similar technical field;
• Positive, Problem-Solving attitude;
• Excellent written and oral communication skills;
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and thrive under pressure.

Nice to Have

• Good understanding of affiliate marketing, preferably in the Coupons, Shopping & Promo Code sectors, or as a Publisher within the affiliate industry
