What You Will Learn

• Support the Sales team to ensure smooth and timely sales operations
• Maintain effective communication with other departments
• Prepare standard reports (Weekly, Monthly, Sales) and ad-hoc reports as needed
• Verify correct setup of commission plans on affiliate platforms
• Create graphic materials and presentations for client meetings
• File contracts and invoices for confirmed client agreements
• Request missing codes, offers, and images from clients
• Attend trade and networking events as required

Key Requirements

• Fluent in Italian and English — this will be tested during the interview process
• Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Positive, problem-solving attitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and under pressure

Nice to Have

• Good understanding of affiliate marketing, especially in Coupons, Shopping & Promo Code sectors, or experience as a Publisher within the affiliate industry
